Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas and free private parking is available directly at the property with no reservation needed. The whole building is smoke-free, with hardwood and parquet floors, heating and non-smoking rooms. Pets are allowed and charges may apply.

Every room has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels, toilet paper and free toiletries. Rooms include linens, a wardrobe, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a coffee machine and a tea and coffee maker, garden views and, in selected units, streaming services.

Services include daily housekeeping, a hair and beauty salon in the building, laundry and fax or photocopying for an additional charge, as well as meeting and banquet facilities for an additional charge. The wellness side covers spa and wellness packages plus full-body, hand, head, foot, neck and back massages for an additional charge.

Security is covered by CCTV outside the property and in common areas, a security alarm and key card or code access. Staff speak Czech and English, and a garden is available for relaxing.
